A house I am buying will have over 100 nail holes ... - Zillow Real ...

"normal wear and tear" is a phrase that would be appropriate if you were a landlord or tenant, but when you walked through the house weren't the pictures there already???? Has anything changed since your walk through related to nail holes in the wall??? Their idea of ideal decor and yours is clearly different, that's fine.? If they don't fill the holes and paint the wall the color of their choice such as chartreuse, are you going to withdraw your offer?

We've never purchased a perfect house, even when brand new.?? We plan on there being a bump or two, a few paint brushes etc.??? Our house had a hot pink/hot orange bedroom, and a maroon bedroom when we bought it.?? These weren't our decorating choices.? Of course, we didn't anticipate it would take five coats of top quality primer to get to the point of being able to paint it a reasonable color.

Hint - the color of their choice may be a spite color, and it may be far easier to fill the holes and paint a color of your choice.??
